Does it need to be frozen?
No. Cooling is activated with water and evaporation — no refrigeration required.
How long does cooling last?
Up to two hours. Re-flick to reactivate cooling at any time.
How often can I reactivate it?
As often as you like during a single use. The fabric is designed for repeated activation.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Machine wash with mild detergent, no fabric softener, air dry, no tumble dry.
Is it safe on sensitive skin?
ThermaCalm cooling towel is designed with sensitive skin in mind and contains no added fragrance. Do not apply to broken or blistered skin unless advised by a clinician.
Is this a medical device?
No. ThermaCalm is designed to provide cooling comfort only and does not treat medical conditions.
