ThermaCalm Medical was created to address a simple but often overlooked challenge - the persistent heat discomfort experienced by people undergoing medical treatment or navigating hormonal change.

For many patients, particularly those receiving chemotherapy or radiation, or experiencing menopause-related symptoms, heat can become constant, unpredictable, and deeply disruptive to comfort, rest, and recovery. Despite this, there are limited options that are both practical and gentle enough for everyday use.

ThermaCalm Medical was co-developed by an experienced cancer rehabilitation practitioner and a medical educator who repeatedly saw this unmet need across clinical and patient settings Patients were often left managing heat discomfort with solutions that were either too intense,
short-lived, or simply not designed with their needs in mind.

Guided by both clinical insight and lived experience, ThermaCalm was designed to provide a simple, reusable cooling solution that supports comfort in hospital, rehabilitation, and home environments.

At its core, ThermaCalm Medical is about improving comfort, restoring a sense of control, and supporting quality of life - in a way that is gentle, practical, and respectful of the patient
experience.
